தமிழர்களது பிரச்சனையை விவரிக்கும் இவர் ஒரு சிங்களர். ஈழத் தமிழர்களுக்காகப் பரிந்து பேசிய காரணத்தால் அயர்லாந்துக்கு விரட்டியடிக்கப்பட்டார். இப்பொழுது இவர் டப்ளின் பல்கலைக் கழகத்தில் பேராசிரியராக இருக்கிறார்.
Since the Sri Lanka's State was founded, the Tamil people's fight for their rights has been incessant. Jude Lal Fernando, althought he's sinhalese (the biggest etnia in the island and the only one who has been always in power), he defends the Tamil people's rights. He has been forced to leave Sri Lanka and move to Ireland because of his political activism. Nowadays he's a professor in the University of Dublin.
